Trevor Hall- Lime Tree

Melody-

This song has a low pitch making this piece have a slow frequency. The mood of this song is sad, but yet others would interpret it as happy, I think this is a happy song.  The range of this song has a smooth contour, this song also has repetition making this song singable.  The phrase lengths for this song isn’t very long. In the begining of this song the song is a little bit boring because there wasn’t much happening he was just singing and didn’t have many high pitches or range in his voice. At the middle to the end of this song Trevors pitch changes and it has a faster frequency. At the End of this song you can tell it had a closed cadence.

Pasedena- Trouble by: Joey Hurkum Ft, Jenn Grinnels

Harmony-

In this song Trouble I have always enjoyed this song it first starts off Joey Hurkum singing, and a couple of simple guitar chords. The guitar starts getting more intense around 0.46. At 1.16 in this song Jenn joins Joey and they sing in Harmony. This song homophonic harmony, because it has two different vocals and instruments, the pitches are the same and sung at the same time. Jenn stops singing in harmony with Joey at 1.41. At 3.19 Jenn joins Joey and starts singing in Harmony with him again. This is a singable tune to because they repeat the same couple of verses. There isn’t much going on with it, just has a few music verses, but these music verses are very moving.
